I am so pleased with getting Alberta’s Best Mortgage Rate. I have been shopping around and you had the lowest mortgage rate I have seen in the past five months.  I have dealt with a few other Alberta Mortgage Brokers and none of them compare to your great customer service. I am very impressed the way you answer all my questions and don’t seem to be in a “rush” to get off the phone…like you have something better to do. (Other Edmonton Mortgage brokers seemed that way)  It has been ten days since we first spoke and everything it just about wrapped up. Your response time is amazing. I call or send you info and hear back that same day.  WOW! Way to go Richard and Candice!  Most “Mortgage Specialists” you have to call them every three just to make sure they still know who you are. You are very honest open and knowledgeable about the products offered.  So far so good I could not be happier with yours service and that is great because I am not easy to please.
